1) Select your preferred box (3 sizes
2) Design the outside of the box as you wish
3) Suggested items to fill box with
a) Soccer Shoes (indoor or outdoor)
b) Soccer Socks
c) Shin guards
d) Ball (Deflated)
e) Picture or letter about yourself, team, or school
4) Please also send check for $15 to help cover some of the shipping costs
