The SLUM CULTURE is a documentary about the Slums in Caracas, Venezuela and the precarious conditions people in these areas endure every day. The film focuses on the youth in the barrios, the reasons why children turn to violence and crime, and the search for Hope through better educational opportunities.

Carlos Beltran is working with Fundacion Cadena Capriles, our Venezuelan partner.
